How Currency works in Star Citizen
What aUEC is
Alpha United Earth Credits: the currency of the persistent universe. It buys ships, components, weapons, armour and the upgrades between them. The smallest order is ten million aUEC, and you can step up from there.
How it’s delivered
We arrange an in-game rendezvous and hand it over directly, ship to ship or at a trade terminal. You give us your character name at checkout so we can find you.
Does it get wiped?
Sometimes, and CIG decides patch by patch. The last two didn’t: Alpha 4.9 and 4.10 both kept Long Term Persistence, so aUEC, ships and items carried over. No wipe is expected with 4.11 either, but that is never certain until a patch is live. If you’re buying close to a major update, check the patch notes first or ask us.

How is aUEC delivered?
By in-game trade. We arrange a rendezvous and hand it over directly, ship to ship or at a trade terminal, so nobody logs into your account. Give us your character name at checkout so we can find you, then open a Delivery ticket on our Discord to agree a time.
Does aUEC get wiped when Star Citizen updates?
Sometimes. CIG decides patch by patch. The last two (4.9 and 4.10) kept Long Term Persistence, so aUEC carried over, and CIG hasn't announced a wipe for 4.11. It's never certain until a patch is live, so if you're buying close to one, ask us first.
What is the aUEC Lowest Price Guarantee?
Find aUEC cheaper at another online shop and we'll beat that price. Before you buy, open a ticket on our Discord with a link to the listing. It must be for the same amount, in stock and buyable now, and we compare total prices in AUD with payment fees included. Coupon codes, sign-up discounts, cashback and limited-time sales don't count, and neither do player marketplaces such as G2G, Eldorado or PlayerAuctions. The guarantee covers aUEC only, applies before you buy (not to orders already placed), and we decide whether a listing qualifies.
Is buying aUEC against Star Citizen's rules?
Yes. RSI's Terms of Service tell players not to buy or otherwise obtain Virtual Goods, aUEC included, on a secondary or grey market, and treat aUEC as RSI's property. RSI can suspend or terminate an account that breaks its terms and can delete Virtual Goods for cause. We hand aUEC over in-game with no login to your account, but the risk sits with the account holder.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
If a supplier can't complete an order, we tell you and refund you in full to your original payment method. If an order you've paid for hasn't arrived, contact us at admin@xuzhao.vip or on Discord and we'll either fulfil it or refund it. You won't need to chase us.
Why doesn't the USD price match what I'm charged?
All orders are charged in AUD. Any other currency shown before checkout, like USD, is an estimate at today's exchange rate, not the amount you pay. The real AUD total is always shown again right before you do.
