Contact details you give us (email or Discord handle), your order history, and cookies that remember your currency, language and server preference. We do not collect game account passwords as a matter of course — they are used only inside a ticket and deleted when it closes.

To fulfil orders, run support tickets, deliver the service you paid for, and send service notifications. Nothing else, and never sold to third parties.

Preference cookies keep the site in the language and currency you chose and remember your last server. They are not used for advertising or tracking across other sites.

Payment details are handled by our processors — WeChat Pay, Alipay, card networks, PayPal or Bitcoin — and never touch our servers. We only ever store a reference to a transaction.

Order records are kept for as long as needed to support the order and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Access is limited to the operators handling your ticket.
