How Boosting works in Active Matter
Piloted raid clears and level boosts
You give us your login and a single named operator plays your account: a raid, run through and extracted, or your operative levelled to the target you set, up to 20. It gets done faster because the operator isn’t playing around you. Why we can’t sell Active Matter currency
Active Matter has no marketplace and no trade window. Credits, Crystallised Active Matter, Monolith Tokens and Chronotraces only exist in your shelter. They never enter a raid, so nobody can hand them to you. What can change hands is gear dropped on the ground mid-raid. A site listing “500,000 Credits” is either piloting your account or promising loot drops you’d still have to extract and refine yourself. Either way you’re paying for someone’s time in a raid, which is what we sell, openly.
How Squad Carry works
You play your own operative, our operator joins your squad, and you keep what you extract. Nobody logs into your account. Squads are three operatives: you, our operator, and one seat spare Bring a friend, or add a second operator at checkout The lower-risk option, and the one we recommend
What the hours cover
After checkout, open a Delivery ticket on our Discord to agree a start time. The clock starts once you’re grouped up, not when you pay, and hours can be split across sessions. Before you buy
Can I buy Credits or Crystallised Active Matter?
No. Credits, CAM, Monolith Tokens and Chronotraces never enter a raid, so nobody can hand them over. Gear can be dropped mid-raid, but that’s play time, not delivery. Play time is what we sell: an operator in your squad, or an operator on your account.
Is this against the rules?
Yes, all of it, though not for the same reason. Gaijin’s EULA (§3.2.6) bans paid boosting and carry services outright, so an operator playing alongside you is covered as well as an operator playing your account. Piloted Login adds a second risk on top: it’s also account sharing, which §3.5 separately prohibits. Squad Carry and Team up keep your login with you, so they’re the lower-risk choice, but lower-risk isn’t the same as allowed.
Does an operator ever log into my account?
Only on Piloted Login. Squad Carry and Team up keep you on your own account the whole time. On Piloted Login a single named operator plays your account on a region-matched connection, with no purchases, no chat and no friend-list activity, and your credentials are deleted when the ticket closes.
Does it work on PlayStation and Xbox?
Squad Carry and Team up do. Our operators play on PC, Isolated raids are cross-play, and Open raids need both sides to opt in to cross-platform play, so say you’re on console in your ticket and we’ll confirm it before we start. Piloted Login is PC only: we can’t log into a console account.
Do I keep the loot?
Yes. Everything your operative brings out of a raid stays in your stash, whether you play alongside our operator or we play your account.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
If a supplier can't complete an order, we tell you and refund you in full to your original payment method. If an order you've paid for hasn't arrived, contact us at admin@xuzhao.vip or on Discord and we'll either fulfil it or refund it. You won't need to chase us.
Why doesn't the USD price match what I'm charged?
All orders are charged in AUD. Any other currency shown before checkout, like USD, is an estimate at today's exchange rate, not the amount you pay. The real AUD total is always shown again right before you do.
