What it does
"Desecrates a Rare Armour" with "Minimum Modifier Level: 40". It adds one unrevealed desecrated modifier, revealed later at the Well of Souls as a choice of three.
Armour has suffixes only
Body armour, gloves, boots and helmets get no prefix desecrated modifiers, so the reveal on armour is always a suffix. If the suffixes are full, a random modifier is removed to make room.
Good to know
An item can hold one desecrated modifier since patch 0.5.0, and a desecrated item can't be desecrated again. The Ancient floor is what sets this bone apart from a Preserved Rib.
